The police investigation agency of Long Xuyen City Police is temporarily detaining criminals Tran Duy Phien, residing in Ho Chi Minh City, and Le Hoang Minh, residing in Long Xuyen City.
These two people were detained for organizing the illegal use of drugs.
At about 0:15 a.m. on March 2, 2024, the Long Xuyen City police working group conducted an administrative inspection of the motel “RIVE 3” in Long Xuyen City.
The police discovered that Phien and Minh organized the illegal use of drugs, so they arrested them along with related evidence.
Phien and Minh both tested positive for drugs. Sessions confessed that the white crystal substance and brown tablets were drugs.
The case is being investigated and clarified by the drug crime investigation team of Long Xuyen City police.
