There is a clip of Chuc and Thanh attacking a police officer in Gia Binh district, Vietnam, when the two were tested for alcohol.
According to the initial investigation, the two suspects were not wearing helmets and were stopped by police to check their alcohol levels.
The two subjects did not comply and then took action against the authorities.
Not stopping there, these two subjects also attacked the police.
Chuc violated the alcohol concentration at 0.442 mg/l of breath, to 0.614mg/l of breath.
