According to initial investigation information, on the afternoon of September 10, 2023, 4 young men went on 2 motorbikes to the N. house area in An Trach A commune, Dong Hai district, Bac Lieu province, Vietnam.
A man about 20 years old held an object that looked like a gun in his hand and called Mr. N. to meet him.
Seeing the subject holding a weapon, Mr. N. ran for a while then fell.
At that moment, the subject ran with a gun-like object and shot Mr. N. in the head, causing bleeding.
After shooting Mr. N., the subjects ran from the scene.
Mr. N. was taken to the hospital for treatment afterward.
It was noted that there were 3 small bullet-like objects at the scene.
