Ho Chi Minh City police have prosecuted and detained three people for investigation. Ho Chi Minh detectives, the case involves the illegal printing of 21,000 books.
According to investigators, the incident began in early 2025.
Nguyen Thi Hong Phuong allegedly asked Le Dang Khoi to arrange the printing of 10 publications.
The publications did not have the required licenses.
Khoi later sent the book files to Tran Chau Phuc Trading and Printing Company Limited.
Ho Chi Minh investigators, the company was asked to print the publications.
Investigators determined that Tran Nang Tien, the company’s director, organized the printing.
The publications had not been approved for publication or reprinting by the competent authorities.
The police are continuing to investigate the case, Ho Chi Minh detectives.
They are working to clarify the responsibilities of all people involved.
The case will be handled in accordance with Vietnamese law.
