Authorities in Da Nang have ordered the detention of a married couple in connection with illegally breaking into and occupying another person’s house for an extended period.
The incident took place in the Ba Tung resettlement area, Hoa Quy Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District (former), Da Nang City.
According to initial investigation findings, despite having no legal ownership or usage rights, the couple broke the lock of the house and moved in, treating it as their own property.
Danang detective agency, the unlawful occupation lasted for several years, seriously infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of the lawful owner.
Investigators have determined that the act shows signs of criminal violations, particularly related to unlawful infringement of residence and property rights.
After collecting sufficient evidence and documentation, the investigative authorities initiated criminal proceedings and placed the suspects in temporary detention to facilitate further investigation.
The case remains under investigation, including clarification of the legal status of the property, the duration and nature of the occupation, as well as the specific legal liabilities of the individuals involved.
