The subject then brought Mrs. H. to the Telegram group and asked to buy feng shui items. They promise that, when purchasing an item, the company will refund the money within 3-5 minutes.

After purchasing and refunding the item many times, Ms. H. was asked to transfer a large amount of money. In just 2 days, Mrs. H. was appropriated 2.8 billion VND by the subjects.

The Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control, Hanoi city police recommends that people be careful when finding out information about courses on social networking sites.

When detecting cases showing signs of property appropriation fraud, people need to immediately report to the nearest police agency to resolve the case according to Vietnamese regulations.
