Two women fined for covering motorbike license plates in HCMC

A working group of the Hang Xanh traffic police team, under Ho Chi Minh City Police, has just issued a fine. The fine was imposed on two women, Ho Chi Minh detective firm. They were penalized for using a piece of cloth to cover their motorbike’s license plate while driving on the road.

This violation has a total fine of 5.9 million VND, which is the fine for this act, Vietnam detective service.

B.T.H.T., and the vehicle owner, Mrs. L.T.B.P., are the two women who violated the law.

Ho Chi Minh detective agnecy, both were invited to work at the police station to clarify their violations.

T. admitted that she intentionally put a piece of cloth to cover her license plate while driving, in order to avoid being fined when participating in traffic.

P. also admitted that she did not comply with the regulations on license plates, when she used a cloth to cover the middle of the license plate.

The patrol force recorded that the two people violated the regulations: using other materials to cover, stick on the letters and numbers on the license plate, and driving the vehicle with the license plate covered.

This is one of the violations that is punished according to strict regulations on covering, pasting or obstructing license plates when participating in traffic.
