Two young men named Nga and Trieu Hoang Vy, 17 years old, were arrested and detained by the District 12 Police, Ho Chi Minh City for the act of robbery.
These two teenagers bought red handcuffs and cards to pretend to be police. The two teenagers went to the deserted roads to stop young people’s cars and take their possessions.
Ho Chi Minh detective – Late on May 28, these two teenagers blocked the head of a 17-year-old boy in Thanh Loc ward, district 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
They pulled out a red card, claiming to be a patrolling crime prevention force, handcuffed.
After taking the phone and car, Nga and Vy left the victim and left the scene.
