According to initial investigation information, T. hired Mr. T.V.L., 65 years old, residing in Ben Nhat Hamlet, Long Thanh Commune, to drive him from Ben Nhat Hamlet towards An Bien Commune.
When arriving at a deserted area in Xeo Duoc 1 Hamlet, An Bien Commune, T. used a knife to stab Mr. L. from behind, seriously injuring him, then stole his motorbike.
Immediately after the incident, An Bien Commune Police coordinated with local people to quickly surround and control T., and bring him to the headquarters for questioning.
T. confessed that the reason for committing the act was because he was pawning a mobile phone but did not have the money to redeem it, so he committed the above mentioned robbery.
