At noon on December 14, T. was driving his daughter to school on a motorbike in district 1, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.
While passing Cong Quynh street, in front of Pham Ngu Lao ward, District 1, a car stopped and occupied part of the road, causing traffic congestion.
T. reminded the male driver to drive forward to avoid congestion. The car driver got out of the car and repeatedly punched T. in the head.
Upon discovering the incident, some residents rushed in to stop him, but the car driver still did not stop.
After the assault, the car driver got back in the car and left immediately.
P.N. said that the incident caused T. to suffer scratches, pain in the head, and panic.
After the incident, the victim’s family went to the police station to report the incident.
