Authorities arrested and transferred Ngo Minh Tu to Da Nang for handling in accordance with Vietnamese law.
Ngo Minh Tu is a suspect who is dangerously wanted for the crime of illegally arresting people, Danang detective.
According to the investigation, Le Ngoc Duy lives in Da Nang, has borrowed 70 million VND from Tu but has not yet paid.
On January 7, 2022, Duy was sitting at a cafe when Tu and 4 other people came to threaten him.
Tu’s group beat and then forced Duy into the group’s car to take him to Hoa Vang district.
Due to the bleeding, Duy was dropped by the group at the Hoa Vang District Medical Center to go to the emergency room and call his family to take him home.
Duy was determined to be 7% injured.
Tu fled to Dong Nai and was wanted by the police.
Tu voluntarily went to the Quang Nam Provincial Police Department to confess and was transferred to Da Nang to investigate and clarify the case.
