Vinh Tuong District Police, Vinh Phuc, Vietnam received news that at Infinity karaoke bar, there was a group of people using drugs.
The police went to Infinity karaoke bar, checked room 601, there was no one but there were drug-related items.
Police discovered on the 8th floor that there were 9 people, 4 men, 5 women, using and organizing drug use.
The subjects all tested positive for drugs.
Police also determined that Hoang T.N.A had illegally used drugs at the shop but had left before.
Police temporarily detained 5 subjects including Nguyen H.N, Nguyen L.A, Kieu A.T, Phan V.T and Tran H.
The police imposed administrative sanctions on the remaining subjects for illegal use of drugs.
