In this incident, two young men claimed an unnamed person hired with a wage of VND 100,000 per shipment. At 5pm on March 19, in the border area of Vinh Dong hamlet (Lao Bao town), the authorities continued to detect 15,000 masks on the roadside bush.
Mr. Nguyen Chanh Song (19 years old, living in Lao Bao town) admitted to being the owner. Authorities are continuing to investigate the case.
