The investigation agency determined that Tien Phat Housing Company signed contracts to lease land use rights from many people.
Linh rented dozens of plots of land from many people in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Long An, and Thai Nguyen, Vietnam detective.
Ngo Si Linh lied about the project, many people transferred money to contribute capital and signed a business cooperation contract with Linh.
Ho Chi Minh detective – Linh received money from many people, appropriated it and did not fulfill commitments.
The amount of money appropriated by Linh was more than 20 billion VND from 67 individuals, with Nguyen Hoai Nghia as an accomplice.
