Information from authorities in Da Nang, Vietnam – Nguyen Kong Hieu scammed to get the amount of 107 million VND for the service of “land parcel separation fee”.
He received the red book and many documents of the victim but then lost these documents.
Thanh Khe District Police, Da Nang has issued a decision to prosecute the case. Ordered the arrest of Hieu on charges of fraud and appropriation of property.
According to the investigation, Hieu introduced that he could make a dossier of land parcel separation, private detective service in Vietnam.
The man (victim) gave Hieu the original of the certificate of land use rights, marriage registration certificate, construction permit to make a dossier for the separation of the land plot.
Da Nang detective – The victim transferred 107 million VND as a “fee” to separate the plot for Hieu.
Not seeing Hieu announce the results, this person knew he was tricked and Hieu fled the locality.
