The family of Mrs. P.T.B.T. 71 years old, living in an apartment on the 2nd floor of Binh Dong apartment building located on Ben Binh Dong Street, Ward 13, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City is the victim of the incident.
On the afternoon of May 13, 2021, Mrs. T. was at the back of the house when she heard a loud noise in front of the house. Mrs. T. ran out to check and panicked when she saw that the house was covered with red paint.
On May 11, a couple came to the house to inform that Ms. N.N.K.D (30 years old, grandson of Mrs. T.) owed 20 million VND and asked Mrs. T to tell Ms. D to pay them.
Ms. T. replied that Ms. D. was not living with her, these two men threatened Ms. T. On the afternoon of May 13, 2021, the young man returned and splashed paint on Ms. T.’s house. The incident was recorded by the security camera.
